Service Description

For an additional fee, this service can be conducted in-person in the comfort of your own home. Please advise of your request when you make the reservation. About your follow-up appointment Each treatment plan begins with a biopsychosocial investigation of your psychological needs. Once you have undergone a thorough initial assessment, your clinician will invite you to book your treatment plan (usually 4 -10 sessions). The severity and complexity of your needs determine if you are eligible to group programs, require a longer treatment plan or a different service. Medicare Rebates To find out if you are eligible, you must consult directly with your GP (General Practitioner) before attending your first psychological appointment. Approved rebates can be claimed directly with Medicare via their online portal or in your local Medicare centre with your Ultivate receipt. Private Health Rebates: These may be available depending on your level of cover. To find out, please call your health fund before committing to the program.


Cancellation Policy

Ultivate implements a strict cancellation policy. This means that cancellations made with less than 14 days' notice will be charged the full fee of the service. As appointments are limited, your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. Your cancellation fees may be applied to future services in an unavoidable emergency. To cancel a confirmed appointment, Ultivate requires that you e-mail info@ultivate.space in advance. Changes made 14 days before your reservation do not incur any penalties, and you receive a full refund. SPANISH: Ultivate implementa una estricta política de cancelación. Esto significa que las cancelaciones realizadas con menos de 14 días de antelación serán sujetas al cobro completo de la tarifa del servicio.
