What is included: Mindfulness foundations Participants learn what mindfulness is, what it is not, and how it supports psychological health, nervous system regulation, and cognitive performance. Breath and body awareness Participants learn simple breath, posture, grounding, and body-based practices that can be used during the workday, before difficult conversations, or during periods of overwhelm. Cognitive and emotional awareness The group explores how thoughts, emotions, threat responses, perfectionism, avoidance, and over-responsibility can shape stress and behaviour. Stress and burnout prevention Participants learn how to recognise early signs of stress accumulation and create practical routines that protect energy, focus, and psychological sustainability. Participants engage in shared exercises that support relational awareness, communication, and collaborative problem-solving, without reliance on individual therapy or personal disclosure. Delivered in a 90-minute group format, each session combines: - structured learning, - guided practice, - and peer-based reflection. Employees may be able to use their workplace professional development budget to fund participation, subject to employer approval. This is not therapy or coaching.
