About the Internship:
This is a paid internship designed for a 3rd year student in media, communications, graphic design, or marketing. With a time commitment of just 6 hours per month, this micro-internship provides an opportunity to contribute to real-world campaigns and design projects, while developing a professional portfolio in a supportive and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create digital and print media for Ultivate’s clinical and professional programs (flyers, event posters, promotional graphics etc).
- Design and schedule social media content aligned with Ultivate’s brand and messaging.
- Assist with promotional campaigns for events, community partnerships, and professional development programs.
- Translate psychological concepts into accessible and visually engaging media.
- Contribute one creative project per month (e.g., social media campaign, event kit, or brand refresh asset).
*Above award pay + 12% super.
Requirements
Key Selection Criteria
Current enrolment in a 3rd year undergraduate degree in media, communications, marketing, or design.
Basic to intermediate creative design skills (portfolio desirable).
Familiarity with Canva and/or Google Design.
Strong written and visual communication skills.
Interest in psychology, wellbeing, and professional enrichment.
