A Two-Year Framework for Psychology-Led Lifestyle-Oriented Recovery Stress Regulation & Human Flourishment: Year 1 — Stabilisation & Foundations for Personal, Social and Vocational Baselines Goal: Build safety, regulation, and professional-functioning capacity. Core Focus Areas: - Psychoeducation on trauma and nervous system distress - Cultivating predictable routines and safety anchors - Mapping trauma patterns via Narrative Therapy & gentle introduction to TF-CBT - Identifying eating disorder cycles and nervous system triggers - Sleep hygiene, anti-inflammatory GP/Dietitian led nutrition - Physiologist led gentle and somatic musculoskeletal strengthening - Promoting professional and relational coping strategies Key Milestones: Month 3: Safety & Regulation Plan completed Month 6: First Narrative Integration Workshop Month 9: IPT relational mapping completed Month 12: First in-person Ultivate Enrichment Event Year 2 — Integration & Expansion Goal: Deeper processing, reshaping identity, and consolidating professional and relational flourishing. Core Focus Areas: - Trauma-focused CBT for unprocessed memories - Advanced IPT for deepening safe attachment and trust - Somatic and polyvagal-informed nervous system practices - Integration of lifestyle medicine into daily rhythms - Expanding professional identity beyond trauma narratives Key Milestones: Month 15: Group trauma-processing intensive begins Month 21: Eating disorder recovery maintenance mapping Month 24: Comprehensive review + personalised post-program plan Assessment, Eligibility & MHCP / ED Coverage Eligible clients can access rebates through: - Medicare Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) - Eating Disorder Management Plan (EDMP), where criteria are met Initial 90-min comprehensive assessment includes: - Biopsychosocial Clinical Assessment, Trauma history & relational mapping - Personality profiling & attachment assessment - Eating disorder symptom screening - Physical health & lifestyle assessment - Professional and relational capacity review Outcome Measures: Pre‑, mid‑, and post‑program psychometric assessments track results across: 1. Emotional regulation 2. Nervous system stability (GP Supported) 3. Eating disorder and sleep disturbance symptom reduction 4. Relational satisfaction and reported increased sense of safety 5. Professional identity coherence 6. Overall quality of personal & professional life
