Your Initial Consultation with Andy An initial consultation with Andy is an enriched psychological conversation, calm, confidential, and attuned to your unique story as a professional, leader, or creative thinker. The session begins with a guided conversation designed to understand where you are right now: your current pressures, health patterns, professional landscape, and the underlying psychological frameworks shaping how you think, feel, and act. You’ll explore not only what’s difficult but what’s driving you — your fears, distress, motivations, aspirations, and what flourishing would look like for you. From there, Andy introduces you to Ultivate’s psychological health narrative framework, a model grounded in interpersonal, cognitive and behavioural science, leadership psychology, and enrichment principles. Together, you’ll identify your key strengths, stress responses, and personality patterns (drawing from validated psychometric tools such as the NEO-5 or emotional intelligence assessments). The consultation concludes with a strategic summary and tailored recommendation — whether that’s a clinical care plan, an executive enrichment pathway, or a blended model that includes individual and group program. Each initial consultation is 75 - 90 minutes, available in person or online, and forms the foundation for your psychological health partnership with, one that supports not just performance, but human flourishment.
