At Ultivate Psychological Health, leadership development moves from the transactional to the transformational. We reject outdated models built on pressure and the isolated solo leader, because these approaches are burning out both leaders and the people around them. This Brisbane-based boutique group program offers a more enriching and state-of-the-art pathway, bringing together leadership psychology, vocational health, mindfulness, interpersonal science, innovation, and team development in one powerful three-month experience. Surrounded by others facing similar professional realities, participants strengthen the capacities needed to lead modern teams with psychological maturity, enriching relationships, enahnced outcomes, and a momentum for flourishment. Ultivate is here to equip modern professionals stay ahead of the status quo, flourish as the world evolves, and step beyond outdated systems that drain human energy instead of developing human potential. This program is led by Ultivate Founder and Director, vocational health specialist, and psychologist Andy Solange. What’s included: 10 online modules (90 minutes each) across 3 months, a boutique 20-seat cohort, peer consultation, reflective practice, action-based learning, one Ultivate event, practical leadership tools, and a Certificate of Completion.
