Service Description
This consultation can be conducted in the comfort of your workspace, either individually or with your team. Ultivate uses strength-focused and science-based approaches to identify solutions for your team’s needs, concerns, and aspirations. Ultivate partners with companies and organisations to increase psychological wellbeing leading to improved workplace performance. Ultivate Workspace Programs are founded on mental health, mindfulness, leadership and interpersonal principles beneficial for workplace health. Ultivate programs are: • customizable and appropriateed to your business • interactive face-to-face or online • practical and skills-based for managing psychological health in the workplace • run by qualified mental health professionals • versatile session lengths depending on the needs of your workplace culture, objectives, and requirements
Cancellation Policy
Ultivate implements a strict cancellation policy. This means that cancellations made with less than 14 days' notice will be charged the full fee of the service. As appointments are limited, your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. Your cancellation fees may be applied to future services in an unavoidable emergency. To cancel a confirmed appointment, Ultivate requires that you e-mail info@ultivate.space in advance. Changes made 14 days before your reservation do not incur any penalties, and you receive a full refund. SPANISH: Ultivate implementa una estricta política de cancelación. Esto significa que las cancelaciones realizadas con menos de 14 días de antelación serán sujetas al cobro completo de la tarifa del servicio. Dado que los horarios son limitados, su aviso anticipado permitirá que otro cliente acceda a ese horario de cita. Las tarifas de cancelación pueden ser aplicadas a servicios futuros en casos de emergencia inevitables.
