Scope of Services

Clinical Services are delivered by AHPRA-registered psychologists under Medicare or private arrangements and follow the APS Code of Ethics and AHPRA standards.

Non-Clinical Services (e.g., enrichment, leadership, or wellbeing programs) are educational and developmental, not a replacement for clinical care.

Participation in any Ultivate service implies consent to the safe and professional use of relevant digital tools required for service delivery and administration.
Use of This Website
This website is intended for information, education, and booking purposes only.
You agree not to use the website for unlawful, misleading, or harmful activities, or to attempt to breach its security. All intellectual property, including logos, written content, frameworks, and design elements, remains the property of Ultivate Psychological Health Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Third-Party Platforms and Integrations
To provide secure, efficient, and high-quality care, Ultivate uses trusted third-party platforms that comply with Australian data protection and international privacy standards:

Zanda.ai – Secure, appointment, billing, communications, texting, clinical note and documentation tool used only by professionals. Data is stored within encrypted systems and follows Australian Privacy Principles.

Stripe – Trusted online payment processor for booking and program fees. Stripe uses industry-standard encryption and is PCI-DSS compliant. Ultivate does not store your card details.

Google Workspace (Gmail & Drive) – Used for official communication, scheduling, and secure document storage under Google’s business-grade privacy and security framework.

NovoPsych – A registered Australian clinical assessment platform compliant with AHPRA and health privacy standards for psychological testing and reporting.

WIX – Our website provider, which hosts and manages online forms and bookings in accordance with its global privacy and security practices.
By using our services, you consent to the necessary and professional use of these tools for administrative and therapeutic purposes.
Privacy, Data, and AI Notes
Ultivate maintains strict confidentiality and data protection measures.
All identifiable data, session notes, and assessments are stored in secure systems, accessible only to authorised clinicians or administrators. If AI-assisted tools (e.g., Zanda or clinical AI drafts) are used to support documentation, they operate under strict human oversight and are used for accuracy and compliance, not for clinical decision-making without professional review. You may request access to your personal information or notes by contacting us in writing. Requests will be handled in line with professional, ethical, and legal obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Payments and Refunds
Payments for clinical or non-clinical programs are processed securely through Stripe or direct bank transfer. Refunds or rescheduling follow the Australian Consumer Law and Ultivate’s Cancellation Policy. Changes made with more that 48-hour notice are not charged a late cancellation fee. Group program refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
