Dr Omar Eduardo is a psychiatrist specialising in the intersection of brain science and human adaptation in technologically-intensive environments. His clinical and research expertise spans neuropsychiatry, complex trauma, immune-driven mood and mental disorders, and emerging patterns of psychological decline in adults whose biomarkers appear “normal” despite significant biopsychosocial disturbance.

At Ultivate, Kia co‑designs and co‑delivers psychological enrichment programs that strengthen identity, emotional regulation, performance, and relational health in professionals, leaders, innovators and their teams. His clinical expertise in neurodivergence, anxiety, trauma‑informed care, and high‑functioning professional distress allows professionals to evolve beyond coping strategies and into enriched capability.

Jorge is a globally recognised Environmental Scientist, Climate Action Leader, and PhD Candidate at RMIT University, specialising in the design of regenerative systems that support both planetary and human flourishment.
