About the event
This a 3-hour professional development workshop designed for professionals, leaders, founders, innovators, and startup teams who want to engage more intelligently with the realities of robotics and artificial intelligence. This event invites participants into a more grounded, ethical, and psychologically informed conversation about what it means to remain well, useful, and future-ready in a rapidly changing professional world.
Facilitated by Ultivate Directors Andy (Andrea) Solange Sarmonikas, Psychologist and Vocational Health Specialist, and Thierry Peynot, Associate Professor in Robotics and AI, the event brings together expertise from psychological health, vocational functioning, robotics, and innovation. Together, they explore how modern professionals can move from consumer mindsets to more thoughtful forms of intelligent collaboration with emerging technologies.
