Come and celebrate Ultivate Psychological Health’s first year as a company — and the beginning of a much bigger vision and our roadmap for getting there.

This will be a warm, thoughtful, and genuinely enjoyable afternoon experience for the people who have supported, inspired, challenged, and believed in the idea that psychological health can be more than crisis response. It can be a pathway to richer lives, stronger relationships, courageous leadership, creativity, and more flourishing communities.

Expect beautiful nibbles, drinks, conversation, a little music, and plenty of room to connect. We will also share Ultivate’s vision for the future, take part in a short reflective practice, and enjoy an enriching activity designed to help us pause, reconnect, and consider what a more psychologically intelligent future could look like.
